This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct fasting (Hunger Strike) on 08.03.2017 at 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Opp. to Aranmanai Vasal, Sivagangai by letter dated 02.03.2017. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Pugalendhi, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the authorities have granted permission to the petitioner for the One Day Hunger Strike on conditions. He has also produced a copy of the order of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai dated 06.03.2017. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed with direction to the petitioner to strictly adhere to the conditions imposed by the authorities in the order dated 06.03.2017.
