ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to grant individual sub-divided patta in respect of the property in Survey No.73A/7A, situated at Kaduvettividhuthi, Thiruvonam, Thanjavur District, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2026.

2. Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.05.2026 seeking individual subdivided patta in respect of the property in Survey No.73A/7A, situated at Kaduvettividhuthi, Thiruvonam, Thanjavur District, and pass appropriate orders after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
