Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1750/2006/A2 dated 13.6.2007 passed by the 4th Respondent and quash the same as illegal and direct the 4th respondent to provide employment to the petitioner.
