ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in Resurvey No.148/4A1 and 148/4B2 under Patta No.4356 situated at Nadupatti village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District and to demarcate the four boundaries as per the FMB sketch by considering the petitioner's application dated 13-06-2019 within the time fixed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.K.R.Laxman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner, in order to survey the land in Re-survey No.148/4A1 and 148/4B2 under Patta No.4356 situated at Nadupatti village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, has made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation on 13.06.2019 to the 1st respondent and all that, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants, let the said representation be considered and decided on merits, within a time frame by the 1st respondent.
4.I have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2019 will be decided on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, with the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself, with the following direction:
"The 1st respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation dated 13.06.2019 and pass final orders thereon, after doing the needful as required therein and in this regard, if need be, the petitioner as well as the neighbours can be heard and accordingly, final orders can be passed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
6.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
