Let me not enter into detailed discussion, since the petitioner had preferred an appeal, which is now pending before the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivakasi Town, Virudhunagar District.

2.It is the grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the appeal has been pending from November, 2022 onwards in Na.Ka.A1/6792/2022.

3.It is seen from the records that the first respondent has also issued notice to the petitioner for appearance of hearing on 09.12.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had also appeared for hearing and submitted all the documents. 4.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivakasi Town, Virudhunagar District, to examine the issue and the documents filed by the petitioner. required, again issue notice to the petitioner and take every endeavour to dispose of the aforementioned appeal on or before 31.08.2023. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
