This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2023 in CSR No.348 of 2023 issued by the second respondent within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/3

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the complaint was enquired and it was closed and the parties were directed to approach the competent Court and work out their remedy. The closure report was also placed before this Court.
