O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.518 of 2018. Perusal of enquiry file shows that even though the complaint was given on 31.08.2018, it is kept pending without any progress. Only on 13.06.2023, summon has been issued to both the parties. But, they failed to appear. After receiving the above said summons, now, this petition has been filed by the petitioners stating that harassment has been made. 3.Let the petitioners appear before the Enquiry Officer and cooperate them to complete the enquiry in the above said complaint. The respondent police shall complete the enquiry process within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of parties. If any trouble arises, after that, the petitioners can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
