ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records pertaining to the proceeding of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.345/2016 - Mines dated 14.02.2017 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondent to remove the impugned clauses in Part III clause (1) (A) as ultra vires.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
