RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditional order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10003 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 on a condition that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. for period of six weeks and thereafter as an when required.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURYA S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.Thanga Aravindh B,Government Advocate(Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10003 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
