Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Pen 25/I/15-16/ADK/12513273 dated 08.04.2016 and the consequent proceedings passed by the 5th respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.1395/A4/2016 dated 05.12.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant pension to the petitioner based on the existing pension rule and not applying the Government Order G.O.Ms.No.430, Finance (Pension Department), dated 06.08.2004 within stipulated time.
