When the matter is taken up for hearing, a report has been submitted on behalf of the Executive Officer of the respondent temple. According to the report, the writ petitioner was evicted from the premises he encroached upon which belong to the said temple on 19.09.2018 and in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

2. Recording the report as submitted by the Executive Officer of the respondent temple, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
