O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure his daughter of the petitioner namely Vidhya, aged about 32 years on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner is the father of the victim and he lodged a complaint missing of his daughter, namely, Vidhya, before the respondent police. On receipt of the same, the respondent police registered the case in Crime No.319 of 2019 under Section Women missing.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate the investigation pursuant to the crime registered by the respondent in Crime No.319 of 2019.
