The petitioner de facto complainant has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.237 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur through e-filing and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police shall take necessary steps and follow it up with the court for ensuring that the final report is taken on file within a stipulated time. 26.06.2025 DSK 2/4
