O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to determine and to pay adequate compensation to petitioner in respect of the land acquired by the respondents for laying High Tension Transmission Tower/ Transmission Line being erected in Survey No.50/4A, measuring an extent of 10 cents situated at Chinnailandhaikulam Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District covered under Patta No.1212 considering petitioner representation dated 29.04.2026 within a time frame.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2026 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter-parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. erection proceedings on the subject land shall be subject to the order to be passed by the first respondent.
