Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to supply the relevant documents as requested by the Petitioner in his representations dated 19.6.2018 and 23.6.2018 in connection with charge-memo, dated 18.09.2005 framed against the Petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to supply the relevant documents as requested by the Petitioner in his representations, dated 19.6.2018 and 23.6.2018 in connection with charge memo, dated 18.09.2005 framed against the Petitioner. 2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that document Nos.1 to 5,

9,12 and 13 are not available. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it is suffice if available documents in S.Nos. 6 to 8, 10,11,14 to 21 are furnished to the Petitioner in order to enable him to participate in the enquiry proceedings. 4.The Petitioner is also entitled to peruse the aforesaid documents and also have a copy of the same, provided they are available. However, the enquiry proceedings may go on, on a day-today basis without adjourning the matter beyond 7 working days at any point of time.

5.Recording the said submission, this Court directs the Respondents 1 and 2 to supply available documents vide S.Nos.6 to 8, 10,11,14 to 21 to the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
