PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif, Cheranmahadevi to dispose the I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.29 of 2021 in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Cheranmahadevi to dispose the I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.29 of 2021, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.D.N.Haroom Rasheed, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Thomas, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that the plaintiff in O.S.No.29 of 2021 has filed a interlocutory petition in I.A.No.2 of 221 in O.S.No.29 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Cheranmahadevi, for interim injunction for not to disturb the physical possession of cultivating the paddies and banana. 4.Originally, the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2021 was filed by the revision petitioner herein/plaintiff, for permanent inunction. On perusal of 'B' diary extract, a petition in Tr.O.P.No.2048 of 2021 is pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukud.

5.At this stage, this Court cannot fix time limit for disposing the I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.29 of 2021. 6.Accordingly, the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi is directed to dispose the petition in Tr.O.P.No.2048 of 2021, as soon as possible.

7.With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed. of. No Costs.
