ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent no. 1 to withdraw the case in Crime No.88/2024 on the file of the respondent no.4 and entrust the same to the respondent no.3 for complete the investigation and file charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, in C.C.No.2 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., / 193
