*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 to 4, to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent on a Cart Track in Survey Nos.223/2 and 223/10 in Keezhappatti, Kodumbalur Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03 March, 2017, on merits and as per law after issuing notice to the fifth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
