PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to Conduct inquiry as per the 1st respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8130 / 2019 / Y3 dated 20.09.2019 and consequently directing the respondents herein to furnish compensation for the death of the petitioner's husband based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 within time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The writ petitioner is seeking compensation for the death of the petitioner's husband based on the representation dated 24.03.2025.

2. Already the 1st respondent has issued a proceedings dated 16.16.2025 wherein the 2nd respondent was directed to collect all the particulars from the petitioner and submit before the 1st respondent.

3. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on written insturctions submitted that the Tahilsdar was directed to enquire the issue and submit a report.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation with all particulars which has been sought for in the proceedings, dated 16.16.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order to the Tahsildar. Inturn the Tahsildar shall complete the enquiry and submit a report before the District Collector within a period of four weeks thereafter, and the 1st respondent/District Collector shall pass an order, three weeks therefrom.

5. With these observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
