O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to consider the objections raised by the petitioner in respect of the registration of deed with regards to the property comprised in Survey Nos.59/1 and 59/2 situated at Thiruvadanai Taluk, S.P.Pattinam Panchayat, Marungur Group-33, Ramanathapuram District.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner already submitted objections and on receipt of the same, the second respondent ordered an inquiry to be held on 30.04.2026. The petitioner was also directed to submit relevant documents with regard to his objections in respect of the property comprised in 2/4
Survey Nos.59/1 and 59/2 on 30.04.2026. The petitioner appeared for the inquiry before the second respondent and submitted the relevant documents. However, so far, the second respondent has not passed any order.
4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the objections raised by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
