O R D E R
This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No-1 to 4 to provide two Selection Grade pay, Periodical increments and to refix retirement benefits by considering petitioner's representation, dated 24.11.2016 in the light of order passed by the third respondent vide proceedings in R.No.2308/A6/2003, dated 10.07.2015 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents.
3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- "The respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondents 1 to 3 within a period of two weeks from today."
