ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the will dated 03.06.2025.

2. The petitioner is aged about 79 years and is bedridden. Therefore, he is unable to go to the Registrar's Office to register the will.

3. The respondent shall act under the proviso to Section 31 of the Registration Act, 1908, and visit the petitioner for the purpose of registering the will in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
