ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the 1 to 3 respondents to upload the stay order granted by this Honble Court in WP (MD) No.7434/2025 dated 19.03.2025 in the encumbrance certificate pertaining to the properties in Survey No.230/6, 230/6B, 235/2A, 66/4A2, 208/7, 205/3B, 56/1, 239/2, 66/4C and 208/6 in Thavasikurichi Village, Kamudhi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2026.

2. Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/6

3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 26.03.2026 seeking to upload the stay order granted by this Hon'ble Court in WP (MD) No.7434 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025 pertaining to the subject property. Since the same was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

6. Admittedly, the Writ Petition in WP (MD) No.7434 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025 is still pending. Therefore, any transaction in respect of the subject property during the pendency of the interim order passed by this Court shall be subject to the final outcome of the main Writ Petition in WP (MD) No.7434 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025. Hence, the interim order passed by this Court in the said Writ Petition need not be reflected in the encumbrance certificate relating to the subject property. 3/6

7. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
