ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner is directed to submit a representation before the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, including the fourth respondent on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
