This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents, particularly the second respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits with regard to payment of proportionate terminal death benefits of her son Pasupathi to the petitioner, also as one of the legal heirs of the deceased employee, within a time frame.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2026 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
