ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangkulam, Tirunelveli District, to complete the trial in C.C.No.240 of 2018, within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from records that Final Report was filed by the respondent police on 05.03.2018 and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangkulam,Tirunelveli District in C.C. No.240 of 2018.

3. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangkulam,Tirunelveli District, to dispose of C.C. No.240 of 2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
