ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent for granting permission to the petitioner to conduct a cycle rally against the NEET Examination. 2.It is seen from the records that the permission was sought for to conduct the cycle rally from 10th to 15th of September 2018. This period has already expired.

3.In view of the same, it is left open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent Police and the respondent Police shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
