O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to forbear the second respondent from registering any deed of conveyance presented by the third respondent or his men and agents, related to the petitioner's house site in S.No. 2633/22, Devathanapatti Village, in view of the objection dated 09.05.2026 made by him claiming title to the same.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct inquiry on the objections raised by the petitioner dated 09.05.2026 if any documents are presented for registration by 2/4

the third respondent in respect of the property comprised in S.No.2633/22, situated at Devathanapatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Tenkasi District and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
