ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application for providing electricity service connection vide Application No. 200054020426866 dated 13.04.2026.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner applied for Electricity Service connection for his house vide Application No.200054020426866 dated 13.04.2026. But, till date no action was taken by the respondents to provide electricity connection. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's 2/4

application for providing electricity service connection vide Application No.200054020426866 dated 13.04.2026 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
