Respondent in all WPs Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders forthwith on the petitioner's application dated 28.06.2016 for the grant of 5 + 1 seater auto rickshaw permit (share auto) to the petitioner respectively.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, after taking notice for the respondents, submitted that, in similar

circumstances, this Court, in W.P.(MD).No.8129 of 2016, dated 26.04.2016, has directed the respondent therein to consider the applications of the petitioners therein. Therefore, he submitted that similar directions may be issued in these petitions also. 3.

In view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioners, dated 28.06.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
