O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District to expedite the trial in C.C No.6 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the fourth accused in C.C.No. 6 of 2018. The case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the pendency of the case, he is not in a position to seek a job abroad.

3. It is seen that initially the First Information Report has been filed in the year 2014 and even after lapse of 7 years, it appears it has not been concluded and final report has been filed only in the year 2018. Therefore, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal.

4.Since the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)would submit that summons have been issued to the witnesses to appear on 15.12.2021, pre-poning of hearing may not be possible. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the Additional District Munsif cum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
