O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in First Information Report in Crime No. 57 of 2023 on the file of Respondent and QUASH the same as illegal. 2.

2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.57 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 308, 184, 185 of IPC against the petitioners. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed before the trial Court through e-filing No.TNTL04021489 of 2023 on 09.06.2023. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, to process the final report within the time stipulated as per Rules.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
