3. No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
