ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to call for tender cum auction in respect of the property belonged to respondent No.3 situated in GRS No. 606/35, Kamuthi Taluk and conduct the same in a fair and transparent manner.

2. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the subject property was already put on auction and leased out in favour of the 5th respondent.
