The petitioner, who is facing trial in SC No.279 of 2025, on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi has approached this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.9207 of 2026 for bail. The satisfaction Court was mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of that petition as ''II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi''. This Court, by its order, dated 06.05.2026 has granted bail on a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. Now, the petitioner has moved this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to amend the satisfaction Court as ''Judicial Magistrate Court No.

I, Kovilpatti'' instead of ''II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi'', as sureties have to be produced before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court during this summer vacation. 2.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to amend the satisfaction Court as ''Judicial Magistrate Court No.

Sessions Court, Thoothukudi'', in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.9207 of 2026, dated 06.05.2026 and issue the corrected order copy forthwith.
