ORDER

Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of a positive direction to the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD).Nos.1467 and 1468 of 2015, dated 23.09.2016, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2017 and to pass appropriate order within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Having regard to the submission of the learned Counsel for

the petitioner and the admitted facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While considering the representation of the petitioner, the second respondent shall also take into consideration the order passed in W.A.(MD)Nos.1467 and 1468 of 2015, dated 23.09.2016.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
