Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.19311 of 2021, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance to the order of this Court enquiry has been conducted and the renewal of gun license has been rejected. He would further submit that the petitioner can file an appeal within a period of 30 days.
