ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute in respect of O.S.No.374 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.480 of 2018 and investigation is pending.

5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
