PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.128 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.04.2023 for the offences punishable under Section Girl Missing 366(A) of IPC and Sections 9 and 11 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 in Crime No.128 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the de-facto complainant, who is minor, with the help of other accused and got married. Hence, the case. 3.Taking into consideration the serious offence committed by the petitioner this Court had already dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 02.06.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8533 of 2023.
