O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2017 and absorb him and post him as Junior Inspector of Sericulture in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.7562 to 7570 of 2016 within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes

notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Having regard to the the limited scope of prayer in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- "The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.02.2017, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
