ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate,Kodaikanal, Dindigul District to issue all documents relevant to RCS No.167 of 2014.

2. The petitioner has filed application before the learned Judicial Magistrate seeking for certified copies of closure report and the documents filed. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said application is kept pending before the court below for the past two months.

4. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District to issue certified copy of closure report along with all documents filed by the police in RCS No.167 of 2014.
