ORDER
Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
2. The authorities are proposing to conduct survey at the instance of the 2/4
writ petitioner / first respondent herein. He had obtained orders from this Court. Seeking review of that order, this Application has been filed.
3. The learned Senior Counsel informs the Court that the petitioner has already offer his objections. Since objections have already been received, the Tahsildar, Manmangalam Taluk has to consider the same and pass a speaking order and also serve the same on the petitioner. If the petitioner's objections are to be over-ruled, the petitioner has to be given full six weeks time to move the Court. The petitioner can move this Court or the civil Court. If any suit is filed by the petitioner, it shall be numbered immediately and if any Interlocutory Application is filed, it shall be taken on file immediately and disposed of within a period of four weeks. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
4. Leaving open all the contentions of the review petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of and consequently, Rev.AplcW(MD)SR.No.46648 of 2024 is also closed at the SR stage itself. 16.07.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA 3/4
