This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal dated 26.03.2026 filed by the petitioner under Sections 11 and 12(b) of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act 1923 challenging the survey Report dated Nil Communicated by the 3rd respondent to the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Highways Construction and Maintenance Office, Pudukkottai, dated 15.03.2025 and stay all further proceedings of the survey Report of the 3rd respondent dated Nil, till the disposal of the above survey appeal within the period as stipulated by this Court. 2/5

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 26.03.2026 filed by the petitioner under Sections 11 and 12(b) of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act 1923, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the appellant and the counter parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
