PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 6 to remove the encroachment made by the 8th respondent in Perambalur to Manamadhurai National Highway in front of the 8th respondent's shop by considering the recommendation of the 3rd respondent dated 20.04.2020 and 28.09.2020, consequently, directing the 7th respondent to take necessary action against the 8th respondent for the act of leaving waste water in the road and causing endanger to the public and to ensure hygienic in that place by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2020.

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 4 and 6 to remove the encroachment made by the 8th respondent in Perambalur to Manamadhurai National Highway in front of his shop by considering the recommendation of the
3rd respondent dated 20.04.2020 and 28.09.2020, consequently, to direct the 7th respondent to take necessary action against the 8th respondent for the act of leaving waste water in the road and causing endanger to the public and to ensure hygienic in that place by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2020.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 8th respondent jointly submitted that the encroachment had already been removed.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
