Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned work order passed under Na.Ka.B3/3301/2016, dated 16.12.2016, on the file of the fourth respondent herein and to quash the same as lack of jurisdiction and illegal and further direct the respondents 1 to 4 to re-auction by following due process of law in auctioning the "Karuvelam Tress" laying in the Sannasi Tank, S.No.72, Sannasi Village, Narana Mangalam Group, Ramanathapuram District coming under the ambit of the second respondent herein. ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the order dated 16.12.2016 passed in Na.Ka.B3/3301/2016 by the fourth respondent with regard to auctioning of Seemaikaruvelam Trees in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of certiorarified mandamus.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has represented to the effect that the fifth respondent is a successful bidder and he already removed all Seemakaruvelam Trees from the place mentioned in the petition. 3.Considering the representation made on the side of the respondents 1 to 4, this Court feels that the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore the present writ petition deserves to be dismissed.
4.In fine, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
