PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.2494 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 25.09.2020, for the offences punishable under Section 395 of I.P.C., in Crime No.2494 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has no way connected with the criminal case registered against him. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police made a submission that the offence of decoity was committed and out of five accused, second accused is absconding. The investigations are in progress and the properties are yet to be recovered.

CRL OP(MD). No.13006 of 2020 4.Under these circumstances, it is not preferable to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petition for bail stands dismissed.
