ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate her patta lands comprised in survey No.22/1A1E4 situated at Korampallam Bit-1 Village, Tuticorin Taluk, Tuticorin District within a stipulated time.
2. Heard Mr.S.Bala Karthick, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, she purchased the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 16.05.2006. A patta for the said property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in patta No.1570. She submitted an application for a survey of the property on 22.04.2025 in application No.2025/0123/28/007136. The said application has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this court.
4. Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents, would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
