Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent vide in No. Uni/4-Ms-Est-1/29/2014-2015 dated 14.05.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pass the proper order to issue the suitable permanent appointment order of Assistant Professor in Chemistry Department in the 4th respondents college with all monetary benefits to the petitioner herein.
