Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to his impugned orders in Na.Ka.No. 1483/2015 A3 dated 26.12.2016 as well as the further continuous order in Na.Ka.No.1483/2015 A3 dated 30.12.2016 and quash the same and to restore the names of the Petitioner, his father Mothin Abdul Hameed and brother Mohamed Masthan in Patta No.533 and other revenue documents regarding the property in S.No.455 situated at Valuthoor Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, which has been removed by Respondents 1 & 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority by way of appeal.
