This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate legal action based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2022.
2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 22.07.2022), the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on receiving the complaint, the second respondent Police has given C.S.R.No.249 of 2022 on 29.06.2022 and the matter is under enquiry.
4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the 2/4
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
